Sal is the son of Damien Morgan, notable contract killer and mercenary. As one of two Morgan children, Sal and his sister Eleanor have been taught from a young age how to kill and how to cover it up. Sal focuses on "guy in the chair" activities- disabling security cameras, finding building floorplans, and keeping everyone on track while they complete their more hands-on tasks.

Sal, like his sister, resents his father and the position he was born into; however, unlike Eleanor, he has no plans to escape and lives his life with a kind of hopeless resolve. He struggles with interpersonal relationships and tends to pull away from people who show potential interest in him. He is a good liar but a bad manipulator.
